The IT boom that Asian countries has been experiencing in the recent years is all because of a simple fact that they prove to be an ideal outsourcing destination for organizations all over the world.
Asia provides a very cost effective and quick service to organizations and hence serves as an ideal destination for outsourcing work for leading organizations. More and more companies are choosing Asian destination as their outsourcing destination for this very reason.
Several surveys are conducted regularly to assess Asia’s growing industries condition and to predict any serious repercussions that may arise in the future.
The surveys indicate that India and China are the number one destination as of now for outsourcing part or whole of the project work. It is largely because of the cost saving factor amongst others. Surveys indicate that India is most likely to stay at the number one position for at least the next few years. India’s main competitor China holds the number two spot. The strict policies of the Chinese government and their inclination to flavor local companies, is the main concern for global organizations which is often the reason for them to not go for China as their outsourcing destination. Recent strengthening of the INR (Indian National Rupee) compared to the USD is the main concern for organizations. This puts pressure on Indian exporters to improve upon productivity.
